Song of the Day: Matt

Land of Talk – “It’s Okay”

I have been borderline obsessed with this song for quite some time. It is perfectly sad, depressing and hopeful. I love the raw beauty of the vocals and the honesty in the lyrics. Hadn’t heard it in awhile and then stumbled upon the music video (directed by WeWereMonkeys) and got sucked in again. Get ready to cry…

    I don’t normally use this adjective for music, but a really lovely selection. One of those songs that you can listen to on repeat. Video is pretty sweet too.

    If you guys are looking for any holiday music I just downloaded this new EP by Oh Starling (Dan Craig & Jessica Sonner) and its very nice.

    My fav track is probably Silent Night. Its got some real nice ambient background textures, but the whole EP is quite nice.
